IMPORTANT: the threshold depends on your order history. Over $400 for returning customers, over $500 for a first order.
The first order threshold is higher on purpose: 20% is deducted from a first order, and we want delivery to stay free on the amount you actually pay, not on the amount before the discount. So you need roughly $500 in the cart for about $400 to remain after the discount.
20% Cashback With Crypto
IMPORTANT: the cashback goes to your account balance, not back to your card or wallet. It is credited after the payment is confirmed and can be used on any future order.

Why An Offer Did Not Apply
The four cases we are asked about most often:
- Paid with crypto but no cashback - the cashback is credited after the payment is confirmed, usually within a few hours. It appears on your balance in My Account.
- Free shipping did not apply on the first order - for a first order the threshold is $500, because the 20% discount is deducted first.
- Buy 2 get 1 free did not work - it starts from the second order. On a first order only the 20% applies.
- The 20% is not showing - it works only on accounts without completed orders, and it disappears after the first payment.
